John Holden
Today's speaker was our very own Terrier John Holden who gave a very informed presentation outlining his ongoing passion for our local Premiership team "Huddersfield Town Affiliated Football Club".
His talk covered the key events from the clubs beginnings as a community club in 1908 up to its impressive move back to top tier promotion this year.
He displayed memorabilia and documents of interest that he had collected since going to watch town as a boy to present day. The 3 stars, Christmas day games and notable Town players all made for an entertaining and informative talk enjoyed by all.
